Forest Bathing

Science has proven that walking in a forest reduces stress, anxiety, anger, strengthens the immune system, improves cardiovascular health, and boosts overall well-being. Additionally, there's evidence that only walking under a canopy of trees improves your vigor and reduces fatigue.

This happens because of the naturally high concentration of natural oils or phytoncides (the trees natural defense system). Forest Bathing science has also shown that Evergreens are the largest producers of phytoncides.
